Ocean Blue Developments Ltd. is based in Victoria, BC, Canada, on the southernmost tip of beautiful Vancouver Island.  We build fine homes in some of Canada's most desirable neighbourhoods; homes designed with flair, but uncompromising in their classic lines, attention to detail and quality.  

Our family-owned company benefits from the accumulation of over 20 years international property experience, gained both in England and here in Canada. Our individual designs reflect a distinctly unique English-heritage feel.

Neville Smith-Daniels, and his wife, Tami, are the management team who coordinate the planning, design, and build of Ocean Blue's projects, in a hands-on manner. From start, to finish they're there.
