We were pleased to manage the design and build of this heritage-styled level-entry home at 1558 Yale Street, Oak Bay for our private client.

Our client required a retirement home in which the main accomodation was provided at ground level, with guest accomodation on the upper floor.  As the home is located in an attractive street alongside vintage homes, it needed to relate sensitively to it's surroundings.  The home design was created by Neville Smith-Daniels, in conjunction with Tara Cummings of Cummings Design, and far surpassed all of the client's expectations!
